Damage Protection (Incidental or accidental)
Rental protection plan covers 100% of the cost of equipment repairs provided that proper police report is obtained as per UAE traffic laws.
Routine breakdown Protection
Rental protection plan covers repairs of routine breakdown, tire puncture, Burst pipes. Repair costs are covered for each occurrence by Smart Zone Heavy Equipment Rental LLC. itself.
Rental Liability
Customers are exempted from rental charges on damaged / breakdown equipment while it is being repaired and from the mobilization charges that occur during replacement of the breakdown equipment.
